Agreement and eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate order and contact information. Products intended for children must be selected and used with appropriate adult supervision and according to any product warning.

Products, mystery items & availability

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but packaging, color, screen display, and minor details may vary. Mystery or blind products contain a random selection. A pictured or described chase, rare, glitter, color, or character is not guaranteed unless the product page expressly says that exact variant is being sold.

Availability may change. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if stock, listing, pricing, fraud-screening, shipping, or legal issues prevent fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Prices, payment, tax & order acceptance

Prices are shown in United States dollars. Shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout, including Stripe where available. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation; an automated acknowledgment alone does not guarantee acceptance.

Shipping, cancellations, returns & refunds

Our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy is part of these terms. All sales are final except for eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Cancellation may be available only before packing or shipment begins. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Promotions

Any promotion is subject to its displayed dates, eligibility, exclusions, quantity limits, and discount terms. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended where permitted by law. Returns or cancellations may reduce a promotional benefit.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and customer-service purposes. Do not interfere with security or operation, scrape or automate access without permission, impersonate another person, misuse promotions, or use the site for fraud. Website design, original text, branding, and other original content belong to Smile With Miles or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product and third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Smile With Miles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ohio, without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you.

Changes and contact
